My name is Carl Oulton. I'm a Rockport native and a 14th generation Cape Anner.  Refinishing old houses in Rockport and Gloucester is what I love to do.  Painting has been in my family for a long time.  If you've seen my work, you already know the extent that I go through to do the job "right."

I am insured, licensed and EPA Certified. All painters must now be certified and licensed by the State of Massachusetts for safe lead paint handling (if your house was built prior to 1978).
